Defining Success Beyond Financials
In this presentation, we will discuss all the goals you should be setting for your organization -- beyond the financial...

Success doesn’t happen accidentally. It requires setting specific goals, making them known to your organization, devising comprehensive plans for hitting these targets, and then executing efficiently. As a General Manager, you are responsible for building a workflow that achieves all this — a process that everyone our team understands and follows. This workflow should also involve analytics so that you can measure progress toward your set goals, and in turn provide support where the project may be lagging.

Also, excelling as a General Manager involves managing and maximizing the talents and abilities of everyone, and leveraging technology that enables everyone on your team to be more efficient and productive. This leads to clarity around all of your business initiatives, your employees being more fulfilled, and your customers being more satisfied.

In this presentation, we will discuss goal setting and the importance of establishing sound, consistent workflows that will enable you to achieve your business goals (beyond the financial). By the end, you’ll see why simply establishing revenue goals isn’t enough.
